This policy explains how OnlineShine.io collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or work with us. We act in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where we determine the purposes and means of processing, we act as data controller; when we process data on behalf of a client, we act as processor under a separate agreement.
When you contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company or brand, the topic of your enquiry and your message. When you visit the site we may collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, for security and analytics.
We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, maintain the security of the site, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable to each purpose.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and email), with professional partners strictly as needed to deliver an engagement, or where we are legally required to. All such parties are bound to protect your data.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
